For clients who feel that they would benefit from the accountability
of working out with a friend, but still have the attention of a trainer.
We have plans that range from as few as two plans per week for four weeks
to three plans per week for sixteen weeks.
It is recommended that all new clients desiring training on the Buddy
Plan initially go through a minimum of twelve weeks to experience satisfactory
results. After the initial plan period, you may purchase 4 week extensions
with at least two sessions per week. In general, we only work with clients
who will commit to at least two sessions per week. To receive the pricing
for the Buddy Plan, there must be a Buddy paid for at the time of initiating
training.
We also ask that there not be much disparity in the physical condition
of both Buddys. It would be difficult to spend fair amounts of time with
both partners if one has very special conditions that require unbalanced
amounts of time |
