  • VIP Platinum One-on-One
    48 One-Hour Sessions,
    3 Times Per Week for 16 Weeks
  • VIP Gold One-on-One
    36 One-Hour Sessions,
    3 Times Per Week for 12 Weeks
  • VIP One-on-One
    24 One-Hour Sessions
    3 Times Per Week for 8 Weeks

For the busy individual whose time may be less flexible, we also have plans that meet twice per week:

  • Solo 32 - 32 One-Hour Sessions over 16 weeks
  • Solo 24 - 24 One-Hour Sessions over 12 weeks
  • Solo 16 - 16 One-Hour Sessions over 8 weeks
