Our fitness plans are designed with you, the client, in mind!

  • An upcoming event that you want to look just right for?
  • Prefer group workouts?

Whatever your situation, we can tailor a fitness plan that will meet your needs to accomplish your goal of that new, healthier, sleeker you.

It is recommended that all new clients who desire Personal Training initially go through sixteen weeks for maximum results. After the initial sixteen weeks, you may purchase 4 week extensions with at least two sessions per week.

In general we only work with clients who will commit to at least two sessions per week.
